Q.誰が作品を制作・販売していますか？ Who creates and sells the works?
A.本サイトの作品は、アーティスト本人が一点ずつ制作し、販売・発送まで一貫して行っています。
All works are individually created by the artist, who also handles sales and shipping directly.
Q.どのように注文すればよいですか？ How do I place an order?
A.商品ページよりカートに追加し、画面の案内に沿ってお手続きください。
Please add the item to your cart and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
Q.支払いはいつ行われますか？ When will I be charged?
A.ご注文時に決済が確定いたします。
Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Q.注文確認メールが届かない場合は？ I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A.まずは迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。見当たらない場合は、InstagramのDMからご連絡いただければ対応いたします。

A.日本国内への発送は日本郵便にてお届けいたします。
配送先に応じて送料は異なります。ご購入手続きの画面にてご確認いただけます。
ご注文金額が¥10,000以上の場合は送料無料となり、通常2〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。

Q.海外発送は可能ですか？ Do you offer international shipping?

EMS（国際スピード郵便）にて発送いたします。
なお、海外発送は注文金額にかかわらず送料が発生し、発送までに2〜5日程度お時間をいただきます。

A.作品たちがそれぞれの物語を自由に紡いでいけるよう、オーダーメイドでの制作は行っておりません。
偶然の出会いが必然となるような、作品との巡り合わせを楽しんでいただければ幸いです。
To allow each work to unfold its own story freely, we do not offer custom-made pieces.
